We also think most business owners are smarter than the tech industry gives them credit for. Our resource library is free — articles on domains, email, security, and SEO in plain English, no agenda.
Why We Started
Most small businesses get a bad deal from tech vendors.
Here's the pattern we kept seeing: a small business owner would hire a web agency. They'd get a site built on a platform the agency controlled, with a monthly retainer they couldn't get out of, and no idea how any of it worked.
Or they'd sign up for some SaaS tool because it looked simple in the demo — then spend three months paying for it without ever really using it, because the learning curve turned out to be a cliff.
Starview started because that shouldn't be the default. A small business should be able to get a real website, professional email, and the tools it needs without getting locked in, overcharged, or left confused.
