Starview Data periodically provides a free, professionally built website to a qualifying local non-profit or community organization — hosted free on Cloudflare's global network for as long as their free tier exists.
Everything an organization needs online
This is a real, hand-built website — not a template you fill out yourself, not a drag-and-drop builder. We design and build it for you, at no cost.
Header Image
A full-width hero image at the top of the page — your storefront, your team, your product, or a curated stock photo that fits your brand.
Secondary Image
A second featured image used in an about, services, or highlights section — giving your page depth and visual interest.
Organization Info
Your name, mission statement, description, hours, and service area — laid out clearly so visitors know who you are and how to get involved.
Programs & Services
A clean list or grid of what your organization does — up to six programs, services, or focus areas — so visitors understand your mission at a glance.
Contact Block
Your phone number, email address, and location or service area — prominently displayed so customers can reach you easily.
Email Forwarding
If you have a custom domain, we'll set up a professional address like [email protected] that forwards to your inbox — free via Cloudflare Email Routing.
Social Media Links
Links to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other profiles — up to four platforms — so visitors can find and follow you.
Mobile-Friendly
The site looks and works great on phones, tablets, and desktops. Over half your visitors will be on mobile — this is non-negotiable.
Free SSL (https://)
Your site is secured with HTTPS automatically via Cloudflare. Visitors see a padlock in their browser, and Google treats it as trusted.
Basic SEO
Page title, meta description, and sitemap set up so Google can find and index your site. Not a full SEO campaign — just a proper foundation.
Fast CDN Hosting
Hosted on Cloudflare's global content delivery network — one of the fastest, most reliable platforms in the world. Free as long as their free tier continues.
Domain Connection
If you already own a domain, we'll connect it to your new site. If you don't have one, your site will be published on a free .pages.dev subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.pages.dev).
What this giveaway doesn't cover
This is a static, one-page site. That means no server, no database, no software running behind it. That's what makes it fast, secure, and free to host — but it does have real limits.
Forms that email you when filled out require a backend service. We'll display your contact info prominently instead.
Selling products or taking payments requires a database and payment processing — not part of a static site.
Publishing and managing articles requires a content management system. This is a static brochure site only.
The giveaway covers one page. All your content — services, about, contact — lives on that single scrollable page.
No member areas, customer portals, or anything that requires a user to sign in.
Online appointment booking requires a backend. We can link to an external tool like Calendly if you have one.
We don't host video files. YouTube or Vimeo embeds are fine — we can embed a video if you have one there.
The build and launch is free. Future changes to text, images, or layout are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Registering a custom domain (e.g., yourbusiness.com) is not included. Domains typically cost $10–$15/year and are purchased separately. Email forwarding also requires a custom domain.
We'll use your existing logo if you have one. If you don't, we'll use your business name styled in text — logo design is a separate service.
Program rules
Eligibility
- Open to registered non-profit organizations, community groups, volunteer organizations, civic clubs, and similar entities operating in the United States.
- The organization must be active and serving the local community — not primarily online-only or nationally structured.
- One application per organization. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified.
- Applicant must be an authorized representative of the organization (officer, director, or designated contact).
- The organization must be able to supply content — description, programs, photos, and contact info — within 14 days of selection.
- Not open to political campaigns, lobbying groups, or organizations whose primary purpose is advocacy for a political party or candidate.
Selection
- Recipients are chosen at Starview Data's sole discretion based on community impact, need, and content readiness.
- Applying does not guarantee selection. This is not a contest or sweepstakes — there is no random drawing.
- Starview Data reserves the right to decline any application for any reason without explanation.
- Selected organizations will be contacted by email. If we don't hear back within 7 days, we move to the next applicant.
Free Hosting — The Fine Print
- Your site is hosted on Cloudflare's free tier — a third-party service that Starview Data does not own or control.
- Hosting remains free for as long as Cloudflare maintains its free hosting tier. We make no guarantee about future Cloudflare pricing or policy changes.
- If Cloudflare discontinues its free tier or changes its terms in a way that affects your site, Starview Data will provide at least 30 days' notice and help you migrate or move to a paid option at that time.
- Starview Data is not liable for any service interruptions, outages, or changes made by Cloudflare.
Other Terms
- The site must be used for a lawful, non-commercial purpose consistent with the organization's stated mission. We reserve the right to take down any site that violates Cloudflare's terms of service or applicable law.
- This program is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.
- Starview Data retains the right to feature the completed site in our portfolio.
- These rules may be updated at any time. This page always reflects the current version.
